Who We Help
Headaches can be frustrating, distracting, and exhausting, especially when they keep coming back or seem to be linked to neck pain, stiffness, posture, or tension. At Peak Performance Chiropractic, we provide assessment-led care for people dealing with headaches that may be associated with neck-related or musculoskeletal factors.
Not all headaches are the same
Headaches can have many different causes, and not every headache is related to the neck. For some people, headaches may feel closely linked to neck stiffness, upper back tension, prolonged sitting, stress, posture, or discomfort around the base of the skull. For others, the pattern may be different.
Because headaches can present in different ways, proper assessment matters. The first step is understanding the nature of the headache, how it behaves, what may be contributing to it, and whether a musculoskeletal or neck-related component may be involved.
Who we commonly see for headaches and neck-related tension
We commonly see people whose headaches may be associated with neck discomfort, tension, stiffness, or aggravating factors related to work, posture, sleep, stress, or daily activity.
This may include:
- Desk workers with headaches after long periods at a computer
- People with tightness around the neck and upper shoulders
- Individuals who notice headaches alongside neck pain or stiffness
- People who wake with a sore neck and headache
- Drivers or office workers with recurring tension-related discomfort
- Active adults whose neck tension affects concentration, exercise, or daily life

If all the lights are green, we go ahead and get started with treatment!
Why patients choose Peak Performance Chiropractic in Linden
Patients choose our Linden practice because we aim to combine clear assessment, practical care, and straightforward communication. Rather than rushing straight into treatment, we focus on understanding what is going on, what may be contributing to the problem, and what the most sensible next step is for you.
When we refer / red flags
Chiropractic care isn’t appropriate for every condition.
If we identify signs that suggest further investigation or medical care is needed, we’ll recommend the relevant next step.
This may include imaging or referral to a GP, physiotherapist, biokineticist, or specialist.
